In general very satisfied with Fenero. I did recommend it to others already and will still do :).

I remember being in chock after a small mistake happened two days before starting a new contract. My initial umbrella company was mistakenly closed, but after I flagged it, prompt action was taken and was fixed during the week end. By Monday I started the new job and a new umbrella company was set up for me already. Mistakes do happen everywhere but I was happy to deal with with people who would do their best to fix something promptly. I would have lost the contract if it weren’t for their prompt reaction. The reaction time is the reason I am still giving all stars even if a potentially serious mistake was made.

I must admit initially when going contracting I would have preferred to invoice my company directly but their preference was to go through an umbrella company and I was recommended Fenero. My company was right, it’s a much better fit for a busy IT Contractor who has enough to be doing anyway without dealing with revenue every other week.

I would highly recommend Fenero to any professional and listen to every word they say as they are on your side and that is all important.

I used the services of Fenero during a recent long contract. The whole process was friendly, smooth, transparent and professional from start to finish. The advice at the beginning was excellent giving all options and information without pressure, then recommending the best for my specific contract. Taking up the Fenero service allowed me to focus on my contract without having to worry about the background administrative stuff. They answered all my queries from expenses to taxes promptly. The speed of processing was pretty much instant. On top of the great service, I found that I saved money based on the advice and recommendations given throughout the contract. At the end of my contract, I took up a permanent role and had to cancel the Fenero service – this process was also professional and friendly. I would recommend Fenero ahead of other contract service providers that I have used for speed of response, professionalism and value. Also for advice, to save money and valuable personal time – I would recommend Fenero at any stage of a contract.
